Why ICMS Exists

ICMS is not a generic consulting company and does not sell packaged programs. Engagements are based on real problems and practical implementation.
Assessment First
Every engagement begins with a direct assessment of the actual situation — not a discovery process designed to sell the next phase. If ICMS is not the right fit, we will say so.
Scoped to the Problem
Engagements are scoped to the specific challenge: a bid review, a production workflow, a project in trouble, an operational system that needs to be built. We do not sell retainers for work that does not require ongoing support.
