Who We Are
ICMS LLC was founded on the premise that most construction and manufacturing problems are not technical — they are organizational. Scope creep, schedule slippage, quality failures, and cost overruns almost always trace back to unclear accountability, poor communication, or systems that were never built to scale.
Our principal, Nikolaos Athanasakos, brings over three decades of direct experience across architectural millwork, commercial construction, manufacturing operations, estimating, and business development. He has held senior leadership roles at fabrication and construction firms, managed complex multi-trade projects, and built operational systems from the ground up — from shop floor to executive leadership.
A fifth-generation craftsman with roots in Greece and South Africa, Nik has worked on architecturally significant projects across multiple continents. His approach is direct: identify the real constraint, build a practical solution, and stay accountable to measurable outcomes. ICMS LLC does not sell programs or frameworks — we engage on specific problems and deliver results.

Craft Lab is the custom furniture and specialty fabrication division of ICMS LLC. It handles one-of-a-kind furniture commissions, commercial and hospitality specialty pieces, display and fixture fabrication, prototype development, and digital fabrication.
